Senior Associate Consultant

Rebecca Strull (she, her, hers) guides government agencies and mission-driven organizations in making strategic, evidence-based decisions. She has expertise in elevating community voices to improve public policy and program strategy. Through her experience as a systems thinker and data expert, Rebecca is passionate about increasing equitable access to opportunity.   

Rebecca asks the right questions, connects the dots, and uncovers actionable insights. 

Rebecca’s commitment to social justice stems from extensive experience partnering with community-based organizations. Rebecca’s impact work spans the globe, with experience in the United States, Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa. She has worked at a refugee resettlement agency in Atlanta, an indigenous rights and reforestation nonprofit in Guatemala, and several food equity organizations in her home state of California. Prior to joining VIVA, Rebecca advised foundations tackling urgent international development issues and conducted research on inclusive public policy, such as investigating how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted women and unauthorized immigrants.
