We are excited to let you know that VIVA is an approved vendor on the PATH Technical Assistance (TA) Marketplace to provide TA services across California, including in rural communities.

What is PATH TA?

Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) TA is free for eligible organizations and paid for by California’s Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). It funds a range of project types to help community organizations and agencies participate in Enhanced Care Management (ECM) as part of the Medi-Cal delivery system, through a marketplace of approved technical assistance providers.

Who is eligible for free PATH TA?

Any organization or agency who supports the health and wellbeing of Californians and can participate in coordinating care across health care and community settings in partnership with managed care plans.

If you are one of VIVA’s partners, it is very likely that you aim to support the health and wellbeing of the communities you serve. We may have worked with you (or currently do!) to support home visiting programs, to strengthen referral systems, or to build partnerships so that resources for families are accessible and centralized. You may be thinking about or beginning to build relationships with managed care plans in order to support this work, and are realizing that this is both an important and a complex opportunity.

If you want help thinking through this opportunity, get in touch! We're really excited by the potential this has for so many of our local agency and non-profit partners to get state funding to advance their whole-person and community-based approaches. We'd love to help you identify possibilities for your work.
