Last month, my co-founder, Nicole Tanner, stepped down from her position. After experiencing health challenges in 2021 and 2022, she decided it was time to focus on her family and full recovery. I have taken on full ownership and management of the firm.
As anyone who has worked with Nicole even briefly knows, she brings heart and a deep dedication to what’s best for children and families to all of her projects. Her leadership has been instrumental in building VIVA’s strong and committed team. While I and the rest of the team will miss her greatly, her vision and approach are infused throughout VIVA.
We are both so proud of what VIVA has been able to accomplish over these past 11 years in partnership with you and so many others. I am looking forward to the next 11 years, and I know that Nicole will be cheering us all on.
