VIVA partnered with the District of Columbia’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) to develop a brand identity and communications materials for Capital Quality, the District’s updated QRIS.
Capital Quality’s includes families, early childhood workforce, child development owners and directors, national and local advocacy organizations, researchers, and think tanks cross-sector partners, policymakers, philanthropic institutions, and the general public of all ages, races, gender types, and educational and income levels. Therefore, the brand VIVA developed for the organization needed to have broad appeal, connect to OSSE’s brand, and convey Capital Quality’s commitment to improved outcomes for children and families.
After developing the organization’s brand identity and guidelines, VIVA developed and designed a series of tailored communications materials for each of the organization’s target audiences. Capital Quality’s communications toolkit now includes elevator pitches, ratings guides, one-pagers, infographics, and digital content.
