Rebecca is passionate about increasing equitable access to opportunity. She brings experience elevating community voices to inform public policy and program strategy and has worked across the United States, Latin America and East Africa. As a systems thinker, Rebecca distills complex information into actionable insights. Prior to joining VIVA, Rebecca was at Mathematica, where she helped foundations use evidence-driven decision-making to tackle urgent global issues. She also worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where she researched the disproportionate impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on women, mothers, and unauthorized immigrants. Rebecca received a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College, where she majored in Geography with a certificate in Privilege & Poverty. Outside of work, you will find Rebecca trail running, experimenting in the kitchen, and taking improvisational dance classes.
