She has spent her career developing her business acumen as a consultant while fostering her passion in innovation and social impact. As the lead of the Data & Analytics team at VIVA, Lucia uses data to inform powerful decision making and demonstrates impact through data visualization and storytelling. She is an expert in data collection, survey campaign development and execution, cost modeling, design thinking, process design, and implementation. Lucia believes in the power of data to drive continuous improvement within every organization. By creating systematic, clear measurements, Lucia  identifies meaningful areas for growth and creates strong solutions.
