About Hadley
Hadley was exposed to the far-reaching effects of houselessness and systemic racism at a young age through her mom’s nonprofit work and the experiences of her close friends in St. Paul, Minnesota. Since then, Hadley has been steadfast in her pursuit of social justice. In her professional career, she has worked alongside marginalized communities to counteract the effects of structural inequities at a job skills program for previously incarcerated individuals, a coalition for the homeless, a transitional housing program for single-parent families, and an early-stage mental health startup. As a macro practitioner, she is energized by the opportunity to collaborate on creative, systems-level solutions to the most pressing societal challenges.
Hadley approaches consulting engagements with curiosity and humility — and carries with her a breadth of experience in the nonprofit, private, and public sectors. Recently, she collaborated with a local nonprofit to develop a business plan for a national capacity-building technical assistance program focused on equitable recovery. At VIVA, Hadley has been instrumental in launching new client work with CASA of San Mateo County, and supports social impact projects by ensuring that deliverables meet VIVA’s high-quality standards. Outside of work, you will find Hadley embarking on and documenting (big and small) adventures in nature.
