Elizabeth is passionate about developing tools and resources that help children, families, and those who support them succeed in school, at home, work, and in their communities. She has extensive experience in community outreach, public relations, and communications in support of community health and social services. At VIVA, Elizabeth leads community engagement work, connecting with families and community stakeholders to lift up their experiences, partner to develop effective strategies, and support equitable, community-driven change efforts. Elizabeth has a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from Fresno Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Chicano Latin American Studies from California State University of Fresno.
